These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of triacitsolutions.com and any services offered on it (together, the "Site"), operated by Triac Solutions IT Consultancy LLP (India) and Triac IT Consultancy (Dubai, UAE) — together "Triac Solutions", "we", "us", or "our". By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Triac Solutions is an enterprise technology services vendor providing cyber security, network solutions, cloud, managed IT, and custom software development services, with offices in Kozhikode, Kerala, India and Dubai, UAE.
Descriptions of our services on the Site are for general informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer. Any engagement for services (including a paid vulnerability assessment) is subject to a separate agreement, statement of work, or order confirmation between you and Triac Solutions, which will govern scope, pricing, and delivery terms in the event of any conflict with this Site.
Where a service is purchased directly through the Site, payment is processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe, under Stripe's own terms of service. We do not store your card details. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated at the time of purchase or as required by applicable law.
Submitting a job application through the Site does not guarantee an interview, offer, or any form of engagement. Information you submit will be used solely for recruitment purposes in line with our Privacy Policy.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Triac Solutions or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference, but may not reproduce, republish, or distribute Site content without our prior written consent.
The Site links to or embeds third-party services, including Google Fonts, Stripe, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the Triac Solutions entity you are dealing with — India for Triac Solutions IT Consultancy LLP, or the United Arab Emirates for Triac IT Consultancy — without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract.
